This new
gallery, added 5 August 2009, is mostly composed of images culled
from a single roll of
Kodak EPT Ektachrome tungsten slide film. The film was pushed 2.5 stops
in process E-4 by the old
Berkey K&L Labs of NYC who were my exclusive film processing lab
from the 1970's through the mid 80's
Creative liberty is taken here with what was once considered out-takes,
and worse, complete rejects,
accepting the massive grain and underexposured images to create a digital
life for these historic photo captures.
Two more rolls of film from this show, negative material, are in the
queue for like treatment.
